• To heat the grill, turn one burner on medium. Typically, one burner on low will maintain approximately 325 to 350 degrees. 
  • For indirect heat, use far burner and place food on the opposite side
  • Caution: All three (3) burners on High will overheat the grill.

0`Valves (and subsequently burners) have a minimum BTU output.  Due to this, there is a minimum amount of heat dispersed from each burner.

 *Please note this is a common issue with all gas grills.
