HOW TO MANAGE GAS TEMPERATURE

How to manage gas grill temperature.

  •          To heat the grill, turn one burner on medium. Typically, one burner on low will maintain approximately 325 to 350 degrees F. 
  •          For indirect heat, use far burner and place the meat on the opposite side of the grill

            * Caution: All three (3) burners on High will overheat the grill.

0`Valves (and subsequently burners) have a minimum BTU output.  Due to this, there is a minimum amount of heat dispersed from each burner.
